Jose was born and raised right here in Central Florida, in Altamonte Springs, and now calls Winter Park home. That local, lifelong perspective is the foundation of how he works with clients: he's not learning this market from a map, he grew up in it.
As a Broker Associate with Lifestyle International Realty, Jose is hyper-focused on Winter Park while serving buyers and sellers across all of Central Florida. He works with first-time home buyers, investors building long-term wealth through rental and Airbnb properties, and clients navigating foreclosure, short sale, downsizing, or upsizing, bringing the same negotiation-first approach to every deal.
A large part of Jose's practice is helping people relocate, whether that's a family moving across the country, a service member on a military PCS order, or a buyer relocating within Central Florida for a new stage of life. He knows how disorienting a move can be, and he makes it his job to make the real estate part feel simple.
